NO CALL / NO SHOW CANCELLATION: 100% of service cost may be owed +/- deposit lost.
SAME DAY CANCELLATION: 50% of service cost may be owed +/- deposit lost.
Being too late to accommodate the appointment may result in a same day cancellation fee. Should you need to cancel/reschedule/adjust any appointment details, you MUST contact your artist directly at least 24 hours in advance of your appointment.
SCHEDULING + APPOINTMENTS: We reserve the right to move/change/or cancel any and all appointments made. We will do our best to notify you as soon as possible if any changes are made. This is why we request all your contact information.
MINORS: For safety reasons and insurance purposes anyone under the age of 18 is not permitted in the tattoo shop.
ADDITIONAL GUESTS: No +1's are allowed to attend your appointment without a booked appointment of their own. If you would like to bring one support person with you, contact your artist directly beforehand.
PETS: Ohio State laws do not allow any non ESA pets during business hours.
ALCOHOL: Ohio State laws do not allow alcohol of any kind in the shop during business hours without a state issued liquor license. NO EXCEPTION OF CIRCUMSTANCE!
