  • - If you choose to bring in food or drinks, please arrive 15 minutes early to set up.

    - All set up/clean up is your responsibility.

    - The entire party needs to arrive at time of appointments.

    -We can only accommodate those that are being serviced, therefore we ask that you do not have any additional guests.

    *We reserve the right to deny ANY request for an event or service*

  • Please read over this entire page, then provide us with the following information:

    -A comprehensive list of client names + requested services. Please note, all events are for ages 16+.

    -The address of your requested on site location.

    -Any details for requested services that you currently know of; such as, half updo, full updo, etc.

    -Any timeline you may have for when you will need to have all services completed by.

    -Your preferred email + contact phone number to add into our booking system.

    -PLEASE NOTE: No changes to clients and/or start/end time are to be made within 2 weeks of your event date. This is to ensure we have enough providers available + that the previously agreed upon timeline for the event is as accurate as can be.

  • For all bridal events - we require a trial for both hair + makeup for the bride to take place in the salon.

    -Trials are to be booked no more than 2 months in advance to your anticipated event date, as this will be a more accurate depiction of desired style and skin tone for your event date.

    -Trials are not complimentary + are priced as follows:

    Bridal Hair Trial: $80

    Bridal Makeup Trial: $80

  • CLIENT EXPECTATIONS:

    -For all on site events - all members of your party must arrive on time for their scheduled service(s), as we schedule our service providers based on timing needed for booked services. A client being late to their appointment may cause a delay + rush for our service providers.

    HAIR SERVICE EXPECTATIONS:

    -Clients must have clean, dry hair upon the stylist’s arrival.

    -We do not configure timing to include washing or drying hair.

    MAKEUP SERVICE EXPECTATIONS:

    -Clients must have all makeup removed upon the artist’s arrival.

    -We do not configure timing to include makeup removal.

  • MAKEUP SERVICES:

    -Bridal Makeup Application

    -Bridal Party Member Makeup Application

    -Focus Application (eyes or foundation only)

    +Lash Add On (to any makeup application)

    HAIR SERVICES:

    -Bridal Updo/Event Styling

    -Bridal Party Member Updo/Event Styling

    -Flower Girl Styling

    $120 per hour (includes gratuity / set up + clean up time)

    We do not reserve dates + times for events without confirmation, or without a credit card authorization form being submitted.

    Please understand our availability is ever changing, so previously stated availability may be different from current.

  • -In lieu of a deposit being held - we will attach a credit card authorization form to the reply of your email that must be filled out + returned via email in order to secure your booking.

    -The card information provided will only be used in the event of a same day or no call//no show cancellation during your event.

    -The card will be automatically charged on the day of the scheduled event in the event of the aforementioned circumstances.

  • -For all on site events we require a travel fee to compensate our service providers.

    -Travel fees are to be paid via Venmo along with the cost of services prior to your event date.

    -All travel fees listed below are based on round trip mileage from our salon location.

    0-20 miles: $20 per stylist

    20-40 miles: $40 per stylist

    40+ miles: $100 per stylist

  • PAYMENT POLICY:

    -We include a 20% gratuity in our pricing for all on site events.

    -Your payment will be charged after services are complete.

    -You will be notified well in advance of each individual cost per client + any travel fees that may apply.

    CANCELLATION POLICY:

    SAME DAY CANCELLATION:

    -All of our service providers are commission based - so if any client within the party decides they no longer want a service done on the day of their scheduled appointment - there will be 50% of that service cost for a same day cancellation charged to the provided card on the authorization form.

    NO SHOW CANCELLATION:

    -If any client within the party does not show up for the booking - there will be 100% of that service cost for a no show cancellation charged to the provided card on the authorization form.

    -These fees will be charged on the day of your event, regardless of circumstance.
